Our Story قصتنا

SD Association grew from a small grassroots initiative into a structured association serving entire neighborhoods. بدأت جمعية التنمية الاجتماعية كمبادرة بسيطة على مستوى الحي، لتتحوّل اليوم إلى جمعية منظّمة تخدم أحياء كاملة.

2013
First Neighborhood Initiative المبادرة الأولى في الحي
A group of volunteers started organizing small distributions and homework support for children. بدأ مجموعة من المتطوّعين بتنظيم توزيعات بسيطة ودروس دعم للأطفال في الحي.
2016
Becoming SD Association تأسيس جمعية التنمية الاجتماعية
The initiative was formally registered as SD Association to expand its reach and accountability. تحوّلت المبادرة إلى جمعية مسجّلة رسميًّا تحت اسم جمعية التنمية الاجتماعية لتوسيع نطاق العمل وضمان الشفافية.
2019
Youth & Skills Programs برامج الشباب وبناء المهارات
We launched structured youth programs including life skills, digital literacy, and leadership clubs. أُطلقت برامج منظّمة للشباب تشمل مهارات الحياة، الثقافة الرقمية، وأندية للقيادة والمبادرة.
2021–Today
Integrated Community Support دعم مجتمعي متكامل
SD Association now runs parallel programs for families, youth, and local initiatives, with a strong focus on sustainability and participation. تدير الجمعية اليوم برامج متوازية للعائلات والشباب والمبادرات المحلية، مع تركيز كبير على الاستدامة ومشاركة المجتمع في كل خطوة.

Family Support & Food Program برنامج دعم العائلات والغذاء

2016 – Ongoing 2016 – حتى الآن

Monthly support to vulnerable families through food parcels, basic items, and follow-up visits. دعم شهري للعائلات الأكثر ضعفًا من خلال حصص غذائية ومواد أساسية وزيارات متابعة منزلية.

Youth Skills & Leadership مهارات الشباب والقيادة

2019 – Ongoing 2019 – حتى الآن

Workshops on life skills, digital tools, and community leadership for adolescents and youth. ورش عمل في مهارات الحياة، الأدوات الرقمية، والقيادة المجتمعية للمراهقين والشباب.
